The process, start to finish
There are five steps and you are involved in one of them. We design the display for your home, give you one firm price, install lights custom-cut to your roofline, maintain them through the season at no extra charge, then remove everything in January and store it until next year. Most homeowners are surprised how little they have to do.
We come out and look at your roofline, peaks, columns, and trees in person, then design a display that fits your home's architecture instead of a one-size strand.
You get a firm number that covers everything below. No per-visit fees, no surprise add-ons in December, no charge if a bulb fails in week three.
Lights are custom-cut to your exact measurements and hung with clips designed for your roof and gutter type. No nails. No staples. No holes.
Wind, rain, a dead bulb, a shifted strand — you call, we come out and fix it at no cost. Your display looks like opening night through New Year's.
We take everything down, label it by section, and store it in a climate-controlled facility until next season. Nothing goes in your garage. Nothing tangles in an attic. Next year we pull your labeled bins and it goes back up exactly the way you liked it.

Why it looks different from the box-store version
Retail strands come in fixed lengths, so they either fall short or bunch at the corner. We measure your roofline and cut each run to the inch. That single difference is why a professional display reads as a clean line instead of a sagging one.
We use C9 and mini LEDs built for outdoor commercial use — brighter, consistent in color temperature, and rated for a full season of North Florida humidity, fall storms, and December freezes. Retail bulbs drift in color as they age. These don't.
Every clip is matched to your specific roof and gutter material. No fasteners go into shingles, fascia, or trim. When the lights come down in January, there is no evidence they were ever there.
We set your display to come on at dusk and shut off overnight, then verify it on site. You never touch a switch, and you're not paying to light an empty street at 3 a.m.

Before you ask
We own and maintain them. That's what keeps your cost predictable and means a failed bulb is our problem, not a trip to the store for you. It also means nothing takes up space in your garage for eleven months of the year.
No. We don't use nails or staples anywhere on the house. Clips are selected for your specific shingle, gutter, and trim type and are removed completely in January.
Installations begin October and the calendar fills through the fall. Because every display is custom-designed and custom-cut, we limit how many homes we take each season — earlier booking means you pick your install date instead of taking what's left.
Call us and we come fix it, at no charge, as many times as it takes. In-season maintenance is part of the price, not an add-on.
