Pricing starts at $1,000 for the season. That one price covers design, commercial-grade LEDs, installation, all-season maintenance, removal, and climate-controlled storage. Where your home lands depends on roofline size, home height, how many trees you want wrapped, and how much pathway or driveway work the lot needs.
We provide everything. Displays use commercial-grade C9 and mini LEDs custom-cut to your roofline, rated for outdoor North Florida conditions including freezing nights, and far brighter and more durable than retail strands. You never store, untangle, or replace anything.
Book in August or September. Installations begin October and the calendar fills through the season, so booking earlier means more choice of install dates. Late-season requests are taken as capacity allows.
No. Lights are attached with clips designed for shingles and gutters — no nails, no staples, and no holes. On metal, slate, and historic homes the attachment method is matched to the surface. Everything is removed in January with the same care.
Maintenance is included for the entire season. If a bulb fails, a timer drifts, or wind moves a section, we come out and fix it at no extra charge. You never have to get on a ladder.
Yes, and in most of Tallahassee it is the single biggest upgrade available. Under a mature live oak canopy the roofline is only partly visible from the street, so wrapped trunks and lower limbs are what make the display read from the road. Pines are a different story — a long bare trunk wraps into a stripe rather than a tree, so the budget goes further elsewhere on pine-heavy lots.
Yes. Removal happens in January, everything is packaged and labeled by section, and stored in a climate-controlled facility until next season. Your garage stays empty.
No. Most installs happen while homeowners are at work. We just need access to the exterior and an outdoor outlet, plus a heads-up about gate codes, dogs, or anything fragile on the property.
Usually, yes. Bring a photo to the consultation. The design gets adapted to your roofline and architecture rather than copied exactly, because what works on one house rarely transfers directly to another.
Yes. Entrance monuments, clubhouses, retail frontage, restaurants, and office parks all run on the same all-inclusive model, with scheduling worked around business hours. Multi-property packages are available.

That's normal. Stored lights carry over, and the design gets revisited before each season — most homes add something in year two, usually trees or pathway lighting.
