The full range
Most homes combine two or three of these. The design consultation is where we work out which ones actually suit your architecture — some homes are carried by the roofline alone, others need the trees to do the work.
Commercial-grade C9 LEDs, custom-cut to the exact length of your roofline so there's no bunching, no gaps, and no extension cord doubled back on itself. Attached with clips sized to your shingles or gutters — never nails or staples.
This is the foundation of nearly every display and the single thing that reads most clearly from the street.
Live oak trunks and lower limbs wrapped in warm white, plus crepe myrtles, porch columns, and entry posts — the layer that puts light at eye level.
Under the canopy in Betton Hills, Midtown, and older Killearn, the roofline is partly hidden from the road and tree lighting carries the display on its own. On pine-heavy lots in Bradfordville the opposite is true — a loblolly has forty feet of bare trunk and wraps poorly, so the light goes to the roofline and hardwoods instead. That is why the canopy gets looked at before the roof gets quoted.
Entryways, columns, porch rails, and windows. Lit garland around a front door frame is the detail that makes a display read as designed rather than added on.
Sized to your openings, not bought off a shelf and stretched to fit.
Walkways, driveway edges, and bed lines. Pathway lighting extends the display down to eye level, which matters on properties set back from the road where the roofline alone gets lost.
Entrance monuments, clubhouses, retail frontage, restaurants, and office parks. Commercial installs run on the same all-inclusive model — design, install, maintenance, removal, and storage in one price, with scheduling worked around your business hours.
Multi-property and HOA-wide packages are available.
Included with every install, not sold separately. If a bulb fails, a timer drifts, or wind moves a section, we come out and fix it at no extra charge.
In January we remove everything, package and label it by section, and store it climate-controlled until next season. Your garage stays empty and nothing degrades in an attic through a North Florida summer.
Why commercial-grade matters here
Retail strands are built for a few mild weeks. Tallahassee gives them humidity, heavy fall rain, and then a run of nights below freezing in December and January — the combination that makes cheap sockets corrode and cheap housings go brittle. That is why the box-store sets die halfway through the season, and why they are not used here.
